Please see the complex structure of <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details> from where those texts are taken. The idea was to have a simple way to adapt all texts and also to get translations. The text you want to modify (I agree with that Idea) is from >http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugzAssHlp_Greeting>, but I doubt that text in the assistant is read from there.
