Owen Genat <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |NOTABUG --- Comment #1 from Owen Genat <[email protected]> --- I am closing this bug as NOTABUG because in the provided example file direct formatting has been applied to the numbered items. Direct formatting (i.e., using the toolbar buttons) overrides style definitions. In order to have the paragraph style automatically change from one style to another by double-clicking on an entry in the Styles & Formatting panel there must not be any applied direct formatting. As a test, this shows how the styles in the provide file work as expected: 1. Highlight all the numbered paragraphs. 2. Select "Clear formatting" from the Apply Style pull-down. 3. Place the cursor on the first of these paragraphs. 4. Apply the bodytext_with_numbering_1 paragraph style. 5. Press ENTER to create a new point. 6. Type some text e.g., "Second point". 7. Press ENTER again. 8. Type some text e.g., "This is Text Body". 9. Apply the Text Body style to this line and the leading number and indent will be removed. This behaviour is the same for v3.5.7.2 and v4.1.0.4 under GNU/Linux. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
