Hi,
When exporting Writer's tables into Word vertical-aligned text cells lost
alignment to normal.
Belike formats DOC and ODT incompatible by this property and not exist
direct-way for resolution this issue.
I suggest translate this texts to images. It give anchored way for resolution
this issue. Also and when export into WEB.
