So, I tried to explain to you how to replicate it. While doing so, I found that I can't replicate as before! Something must have changed in the latest version I'm using (4.1.1.2). However, as you experienced, upon restarting LibO, the bug become apparent again. Following my original report, the "Replacements and exceptions for language:" indicates "Malay (Malaysia)". This is consistent with the "Locale setting" (in Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages).
