Toolbar is gone after getting out of fullscreen
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. View -> Fullscreen
2. Click fullscreen icon to get out of full screen.
3. Toolbar is now gone
Current behavior: Toolbar is now gone
Expected behavior: Should have a toolbar
OSX 10.8.4
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 4.1.1.2 rc
Last worked in: 4.1.0.4 release
