Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....

Current behavior: If you double click on any office file on a network share,
you get a file locked error. However if you click open with and select the
assigned program for a double click, the file opens.
Expected behavior: File should open normally if not locked by another user.
Noticed this on Windows 7 accessing files on a netware server. However the
same file accessed via Win Xp with same software version works correctly.
