Problem description: Shift+arrow key to select cells jumps away from selected
cell
Steps to reproduce:
0. Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > General > Untick "Press Enter to move
selection". When this option is ticked, the bug does not happen. I hope I have
narrowed down to this option only!
1. In a blank sheet, click in C3 and enter "1" as the value.
2. Click in C4 and type an "=" to start the formula enter.
3. Press the up arrow key once to select C3.
4. Type "+1" and press enter. Thus, cell C4 will have "=C3+1" in it and C4 will
still be highlighted due to above option being changed.
5. Press Shift+down arrow once.
6. The bug will occur.
Current behavior:
If the above is followed, the selection area will jump, normally to A1, but if
the whole action is repeated, sometimes A2, and even sometimes A2:C4 all get
selected!
Expected behavior:
The correct behavior is that only C4 and C5 should be selected.
Note: If the arrow key is NOT used to select C3 when entering the formula, the
bug will not happen. i.e. the following will not cause the bug:

2. Click in C4 and type an "=" to start the formula enter.
3. Click C3 with the mouse.
4. Type "+1" and press enter. Thus, cell C4 will have "=C3+1" in it and C4 will
still be highlighted.
5. Press Shift+down arrow.
Also, once the bug has occurred, you can click into a random cell to un-select
anything, then click back into C4 and press the Shift+down arrow once and the
selection will work as it should.
