File (in attachment) was made in Libre office 4.1 Opening in Excel (version
12.0.6665.5003) SP3 MSO (12.0.6662.5000) is not possible. after the error
messages only the calculated values remain.
This has been an issue in earlier versions as well. Opening in Google docs
seems to work OK
