Hi, Sophie. Thank You for response.
I thought it was a problem of compatibility with MS Office. It's not good that
the documents to send me look different. I'm not sure, I think that the
compatibility with MS Office is very important. But I agree with You that this
is a bad way to format cells. I will try to make a macro to replace the extra
spaces. Thank You for help.
