Problem description:
Hi Team,
in Calc nothing happening when i try to change the date format to another date
format form (Like this "MM/DD/YY" -> "DD/MM/YY")
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Cell format "Date" with this form "MM/DD/YY"
2. Change Cell format to this Date format "DD/MM/YY"
3. nothing happening but it cause an logical error because cell format form is
"DD/MM/YY" but cell content is in another format ("MM/DD/YY")
