GUI for FIRST Page formatting ONLY?%*!
One can make the FIRST PAGE ONLY have a portrait orientation and the remainder
is landscape. Changes to layout (headers, footers,...) happen to the first
page only?? The page layout gui says "Page Style: First Page" and I cannot
find a way to change pages 2 -> n. This is really silly.....
