computes parameters for electric vehicles

REPEAT attribute (for counter) is lost in control when you change sheet or
reopen a spreadsheet.

You have to edit the control, disable repeat en reenable it after you have
selected another sheet, or reopen the spreadsheet.

In the exemple file, I use a trick with a macro to do this, if you unslect the
macro in the control event, the repeat attribute is no more active for the
counter of the control.
