Priority: medium
Bug ID: 69295
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FILESAVE Footer lost on file save, Footer settings
aren't saved.
Severity: major
Classification: Unclassified
OS: All
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.1.1.2 release
Component: Writer
Product: LibreOffice
The footer on the second page is lost after file saved and reloaded. Also the
setting state "The same content on the first page" in Format - Page - Footer
tab isn't saved: it was off, after the file reload it becomes on.
How to reproduce:
1. Create new Writer document with at least 2 pages of text.
2. Go to Menu: Format - Page, Footer tab, tick "Turn on footer", and untick
"The same content on the first page". Click OK
3. Add a content to the footer on the second page, e.g. insert the Page Number
field.
4. Save the document.
5. Go to Menu File - Reload.
Result:
- the content of the footer on the second page is lost,
- the tick on the settings "The same content on the first page" appeared back,
despite the fact we removed it before file save.
