Problem description: Saving a document presentation from pptx to pptx doesn't
maintain the modified paragraph spacing format. Saving the same file in ppt
format does. Moreover saving from odp format to pptx format when paragraph
spacing is modified doesn't preserve the paragraph spacing but modifies it as
bullet list.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open pptx document
2. Modify paragrapgh spacing. Save and close.
3. Reopen the document
Current behavior: Modified paragrapgh spacing is lost
Expected behavior: Should maintain new paragrapgh spacing
Operating System: Linux (Other)
