Problem description:
Unable to load fresh install LibreOffice version 4.1.1.2 in Windows 7 x64. Test
install version 3.6.7.2, works perfectly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and install version 4.1.1.2 from LibreOffice site
2. Run LibreOffice
Current behavior:
Pops-up an error message.
