The cursor in Writer does not move up, left, or down when the arrow keys are
pushed.
1) view a block of text in Writer, and attempt to move the cursor up, left, or
right; the cursor does not move. However, the "right" key moves the cursor to
the right, and the arrow keys work normally in Calc.
On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
