I've noticed that since 3.5.7 that Conditional Formatting doesn't work. Various
problems, but the main one is, once I bring up the Conditional Format Dialog
box, I can not scroll on the sheet that I am on, I can not switch to another
sheet to select any cells.
Is this by design? Am I supposed to type in all of my cell references now?
