I confirm it on 4.1.0.4 and 4.1.1.2 under Win7 64bit
the "save transparency" flag status is not remembered.
"interlaced" status is instead remembered
the "save transparency" option was introduced in 4.1.x since I do not see it in
4.0.x releases.
