Test document - but any will do
Only Heading 1, Heading 2..10 works fine
Only doc docx, odt works fine
Doc/Docx Heading 1 loses Outline Level on Linux 3.6.2.2, 4.0.2.2, Max 4.1.1.2
1. Place text cursor in Heading 1 title
2. Press F11 (Styles and Formatting): Right click Heading 1, select Modify…
3. Paragraph Style: Heading 1: click Outline & Numbering tab, set Outline level
to Level 1, click OK
4. Press F11 for Styles and Formatting to go away
5. Right click the table of contents context〉Update Index/Table
6. Note: Heading 1 appears in table of contents
7. Press Ctrl+S to save
8. Select File〉Close
9. Open the document again
10. BUG: Heading 1 is not in the index
EXPECTED: Index to not change
