Problem description: We can no more move up or down a math formula in Writer by
alt-arrow (up or down).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a math formula in Writer (through Insert->Object->Formula)
2. Select this formula in Writer (squares around the formula appear)
3. Try to move it by alt-arrow (up or down)
Current behavior: The position of the formula doesn't change.
Expected behavior: Previously, we could position the math formulas in Writer by
alt-arrow (up or down).
