Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put in cell A1: -2.04031589358034e-05
2. Put in cell A3: =IF(A1>0,1,0)
Current behavior: result: 1.
Expected behavior:result: 0.
Platform (if different from the browser): Linux
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1
