The index is not set up to do what you're asking so it's an additional feature. Marking as: New (confirmed) Enhancement (additional feature, not a bug with a current feature) Low (quite hard to implement, little interest from other users to have it, in a year no other user has requested nor commented here, in general I'd argue most people want a single level to have same style as part of the point of levels is to be consistent throughout document). Basically you want a one to many relationship between level and styles.
