When you insert in rows 4;5;6 the references to row 3 never change what is right, row 3 has not been moved, so dependents cells do not change. Insert rows is like move the rest of cells down, in this case formula in B4 is moved to B7, and their formula does not change. There are easy ways to get what you want, e.g. enter in B2: =IF(A2="";"";OFFSET(A2;-1;1)+A2) copy down. Now do what you have explain. Works right for me. Maybe I am missing something but not a bug. Please if you are not agree, reopen it and explain why. By the way, even you can report against an outdated version, the bug fix only will be against versions in production.
