Problem description:
LibO 3.4.5 RC2 - Simply do not open files that were saved with password
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....open a file saved with password (attached file i.e.)
2. ....type the password required (in the attached file is "123"), but you can
save any file with password and check it)
3. ....See the error message
Current behavior:
