          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 70024
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FORMATTING: New autocorrect entries lose formatting
                    [Regression]
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.1.2 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:

New autocorrect entries are forced as text only regardless of the text-only
tick box status. All formatting is lost when creating new entries. This used to
work in older versions of OpenOffice (circa 2009), but does not work in later
versions or LibreOffice

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select formatted text on page (Formatted differently so you can tell if it
has worked later)
2. Tools -> AutoCorrect options, add a new replace entry. (Make sure "text
only" is not ticked)
3. Go back to document and use the autocorrect entry
4. Observe the custom formatting is lost and the new text has same formatting
as current document.

Current behavior:
Formatting is lost even when "text only" is not ticked.

Expected behavior:
(From help page)

You can use the AutoCorrect feature to apply a specific character format to a
word or abbreviation. Select the formatted text in your document, open this
dialog, clear the Text only box, and then enter the text that you want to
replace in the Replace box.

 With:
Enter the replacement text, graphic, frame, or OLE object that you want to
replace the text in the Replace box. If you have selected text, a graphic, a
frame, or an OLE object in your document, the relevant information is already
entered here.

Text only:
Saves the entry in the With box without formatting. When the replacement is
made, the text uses the same format as the document text.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.1.2 release
