Problem description: Clicking "Help" brings an instantaneous response of
"Failed to connect"
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Click on Libre Office icon
2. ....Click on "Help"
3. ....Select "Check for updates"
Current behaviour:Does not connect to LO update centre. It never ever has.
Previously, I have had to uninstall LO, download the latest version and then
install it. I do not mind doing this for a major upgrade (if that is really
necessary) but is this long-winded process really necessary for updates?
I have never ever got "Check for updates" to work, even before OO.org morphed
into LO
