Steps to reproduce:
Open colour picker by clicking on the drop down arrow on the formatting
toolbar.
Scroll through the open document.
Behaviour: Colour picker disappears.
Expected behaviour: Colour picker should stay open.
OS X 10.7.5, reproducible on all components of 4.1.2.2.
