Priority: medium
Bug ID: 70107
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: PPT EDITING: Easy To Crash With Rapid Undo
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.1.2.3 rc
Component: Presentation
Product: LibreOffice
Hello,
I was requested to post this after complaining on Facebook, haha, so glad to
see that LibreOffice is genuinely concerned about product improvement!
Basically when I am making a Presentation document, saved as .ppt, LibreOffice
will crash extremely easily when I rapidly press undo (command-Z). Not talking
dozens of times, like three or four times if I've moved some text around or
something minor like that.
Then the rainbow spinning ball will take over on the Mac, LibreOffice crashes,
and any recent work disappears and is unrecoverable. Not the worst of errors I
suppose, but reliable in its annoyance factor... I have the latest version of
the software on a 2011 model MacBook Pro running OS X 10.7.5.
Thanks
Anderson
