@Julien: Date acceptance pattern (1.) is a setting in Tools > Options >
Language Settings > Languages. Date format (2.) is the cell format :).

I fail to reproduce this bug. Did step 1 and 2, but after entering 28/08
LibreOffice isn't "recognizing" this as a date (so it stays 28/08 and left
aligned in the cell).

Tested using Mac OSX 10.8.5 with LibreOffice 4.1.2.3 and 4.0.0.3 rc.
