Setting background for footer / header as graphic. Options for Position and
tile shows wrong size. The image shown (page preview and pdf export) is larger
than actual image. As a result, low resolution image. Also the image is cropped
to match header size.
I made the image with its size matching the header size. But it still cropped.
The only right size is using 'area'.
Also linked image does not updated on print preview and pdf export.
