Problem description:
If an empty x-y-diagram is made, it appears in a minimized way, if the legend
ist switched on. As soon as the legend is deactivated, the diagram is shown in
the regular format.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create an empty x-y-diagram with legend
2. double-click on the diagram and switch of the legend
Current behavior:
Expected behavior:
the diagram can be seen in full format independend of the legend.
