When sending letters with the "Mail Merge Wizard" as an E-Mail, there should be
a way to add other files as attachments.

In the Mail Merge Wizard there is only an option to add the document itself as
an E-Mail-Attachment. What I am missing is a further option in the menu "Save,
print or send" | "Send merged document as E-Mail", which can be called "Add
more attachments". When you click on that button, LO should open a list, to
which you can add more (static) attachments.

In my opinion this should be very useful in this context. Example: someone is
writing lots of letters of applications, which differ only in small things. So
he uses the Mail Merge Wizard, combined with an LO-Calc-Sheet. What is possible
now, is to produce all the individual cover letter with all the corresponding
data included. But right now it is not possible, also to attach the CV or
scanned documents, certificates etc as a PDF to this E-Mail.

But there are lots of possibilities to use such a function, e.g. when you want
to add a signature/contact file to your E-Mail.
