Steps to reproduce:
- launch a build of the master with the integrated help
- hit F1
- open some page of the help in which you know that there is an icon ==> no
icon is visible
- on an help page you generally have several links at the bottom (e.g. related
topics) ==> these links are text only, they are not clickable.
With the same build options, I do not have this problem with the 4.1 branch.
tested on Build ID: 829752d3159c77f39bdd99bc070cfd543296808cunder Ubuntu 13.04
