Rob -- we've talked about this change.
The Plan:
Once a bug is confirmed to be a regression by QA, we can remove
'PossibleRegression' from the whiteboard and add 'regression' as a keyword.
This change should keep our unconfirmed bugs a bit "quieter" for the devs who
go looking for regressions.
