I just upgraded to 4.1.2.3 and it is fixed.

Also, how do I move the paragraph above the object?
I always thought that wasn't possible and ended up cutting the object, deleting
the frame, then pasting and entering a new caption.

Do I have to move the object within the frame and cut-and-paste the paragraph
or is there some way I missed to move the paragraph from bottom to top?
