I have crash and test case for it.
My steps:
1. Open the attached file in writer.
2. Select All text (Ctrl+A)
3. Format->columns...
4. Select 3 columns item
5. Ok
6. Go to the end of first column (See screenshot)
7. Insert->Manual Break...
8. Select "Column break"
9. Ok
10. The Crash
