NotABug... Here is what happens :
- to better understand, fill cell F7 with the formula "=B7"
- when you cut a cell and paste it in another place, LibO processes it like a
move ; Previous reference to the source place are updated with the destination
place. So in our case, B7 references are replaced with D7 ; see how it occurs
in F7
- The "B7" in the conditional formatting of C7 is also replaced by D7, and D7
contains "A" at the end of the scenario, hence the right color.
