Priority: medium
Bug ID: 70716
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FILESAVE: Connector line position not saved
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Windows (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Whiteboard: BSA
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.1.1.2 release
Component: Drawing
Product: LibreOffice

Test case drawing with connectors, and a before and after save image, showing
adjustment(s) have not been saved.
Problem description: the connector automatically creates a path between the two
items being connected. Sometimes a manual adjustment of the horizontal or
vertical line position is required to achieve the desired drawing. This
adjustment is not being saved with the document. This bug seems to have only
appeared in the last few releases - I'm sure it was okay on 4 or 4.1, but can't
confirm.
Steps to reproduce:
1. new draw document, create boxes, use the connector tool to create routes
between them. deliberately adjust the route, save and close the document.
2. Open the document, the connector is present, but the adjustment made will be
lost - the connector has been re-drawn.
Current behaviour:
I assume draw saves the connector, but the engine 're-draws' the connector on
the file being opened - the route (having been adjusted) is not saved.
Expected behaviour:
Manual adjustment of the connector route should be saved with the document.
Operating System: Windows 7
