see attach. correct result should be 4
Original was 3 columns, result was correct, expanded to 4 columns [one blank],
results remained 3
re-entered formula, typing range, mouse select area no change
entering range to include criteria column gave result 4
inserting column with data between C & D gave result 4
deleting data in column F, no change, pasting back into column F no change
pasting in to column G & expanding range gave result 4
columns G and I were inserted after error discovered, results remined 3
