Problem description: The footer of the document fails to stay formated in a
way that it only appear on the first page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new or open existing document.
2. format footer to NOT have the same data on the first footer
3. Create and edit a footer on the first page. It should only show up on the
first page.
4. Save file and reopen
Current behavior: When the file is reopened, the footer formatting is erased.
By this, I mean that the footer appears on the bottom of every page and the
unwanted check boxes in the footer format box are checked.
Expected behavior: When file is opened, the footer should only appear on the
first page, and the check-boxes that were unchecked when the file was first
made should STILL be unchecked.
