Text in a slide did not show up in outline unless it is entered in the text
frame already present in the layout.
steps to reproduce:
1. insert new slide
2. choose Text button and mark a text frame
3. enter some text
4. go to outline tab, no text is shown
5. insert slide
6. in layout, choose any except the top left blank one
7. enter text
8. go to outline tab, text shows fine
