IMHO this is NOT a duplicate bug 42159. The problem described here is that, as
an example, it's not possible to directly assign any background color to a
cell. It's only possible to choose a color from the palette which has to be
defined beforhand (in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Colors). This is rather
annoying. Microsoft Office and Apple iWork let you directly choose from any
color you want. You don't have to define them first.
