Text file dump of tab delimited data

Running 4.1.2.3 on both windows XP (x86) and Ubuntu 13.10 (amd64). I open the
attached tab delimited text file in Calc or else copy and paste the data into a
blank sheet. In either case if I try to save, or exit with saving LibreOffice
locks up and never completes the process. The file only contains 7500 lines I
have a similar file with 5400 rows that works fine. On both systems if I kill
the process and restart it requires file recovery. On WinXP the lock file
remains. On Ubuntu it generally becomes unresponsive and offers to force quit.
Starting from the command line doesn't provide any additional information.
