Copy/Paste of a 'callout' object from DRAW to WRITER changes the callout tail
in WRITER.
Steps to reproduce (refer to attached video)
--------------------------------------------
1) DRAW: insert a 'callout' form
2) DRAW: select the 'callout' form, then select COPY
3) WRITER: select PASTE
4) WRITER: the 'callout' form is inserted into WRITER document, but the
orientation/position of the callout tail has changed
COPY/PASTE inside DRAW, inside WRITER, or from WRITER to DRAW works correctly
