Problem description:
Can't report feedback on http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/feedback/
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/feedback/
2. Fill in form, captcha, all fields
3. The page keeps asking for the captcha even though it's filled in.
Current behavior:
Captcha never accepted.
Expected behavior:
Page should submit my comment.
Ironically my message I was trying to feedback was:

Help -> Send Feedback....
You might as well take that option out as it doesn't work, you have to login to
some account which is a mission to remember the details for, so I'm not going
to give feedback to improve the product. This makes me sad to see.
