Different names for one function

Problem description:

When creating a pivot table, the naming of the functions can be confusing in
several cases.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a data range
2. Create a pivot table (Data > Pivot table > Create) and chose "current
selection"
3. Drag and drop a source in the data field
4. Double click the source to choose a function

Current behaviour:

The following can be confusing to the user:
- The "Average" function results in "Mean" appearing in the layout (see
attached screenshot);
- The "Count (numbers only)" function results in "Count" appearing in the
layout, which is the same result as using the simple "Count" function;
- The names "StDev" and "Var" might not be explicit enough.

Expected behaviour:

Ideally, each function should have a shortened name if needed, accompanied by a
clear explanation between brackets in the functin selection window.
A function name should be the same in the list and in the layout, and each
function should have a different name to discern them in the layout.

Operating System: All
Version: 4.1.2.3 release
