LibreOffice Writer > Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > Comparison
Under the heading "Settings" on this panel, the user is given the option to
tick "Use RSID".
However, it is unclear what RSID actually is and does. There is no mouse-over
information pop-up on the panel. And RSID is not defined in LibreOffice Help.
