Problem description:
I can not disable module upgrade of languages, French, Portuguese, etc.. I do
not need or use ... so I just need Castilian (spanish 'Argentina') ...
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....
Current behavior:Updated default components unnecessary languages.
Expected behavior:That updates only the selected language component and allows
the elimination of language module components .... except the primary ('He that
prefix', in my case delete all languages except 'Spanish-Argentina').
