I see it with both the installed version and the portable apps versions of LibreOffice Writer when I'm running on the Windows 8 OS. But when I use the exact same portable apps version of LibreOffice on a Windows 7 machine, the problem isn't there. It could just be I have a funny install of Windows 8...
