--- Comment #5 from Richard Marchessault <[email protected]> --- (In reply to comment #3) > @Richard Marchessault: Could you please run LibreOffice installation, choose > 'Modify' and uncheck the installation of Windows Explorer extensions? Does > it solve your problem? I followed your suggestion above. I was able to load an existing presentation in Impress and do a "Save As" to create a copy for modification. The save completed successfully and Impress was responsive after the save. This had failed when the same operation was attempted before following your suggestion. Time will tell if this really did solve the problem, since the problem has not been consistent in that sometimes that saves would work and other times they would not. I was not able to link the times that problems occurred to any particular operation that I was performing. The fail would sometimes happen when just a simple change such as adding word or two to a slide, and other times when doing something more complex such as adding a video. The same operations done at other times would have not issues with the save. The problem seems to be isolated to Impress and not other modules within Open Office. I will let you know if the problem occurs again. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
